We begin the procedure by administering sedation to make the surgery comfortable for you. The implant is then inserted deep into the bone of the jaw after an incision has been made through the gums. You will be given important aftercare instructions that help ensure that the implant fuses with the bone and heals successfully. Once the implant has been given time to bond naturally, we’ll make a crown, bridge or denture for the restoration that will be placed at a later time. The procedure itself is relatively straightforward and provides you with a beautiful full smile that is incredibly resilient and long-lasting. Your healed implants will require no special treatment or care once they’ve been given time to fuse with the bone.
